No visitor or member may use or sell any part of our content or programming without written permission from Incredible Concept.
INCOME OR EARNINGS
Incredible Concept is an advertising opportunity that is dedicated to helping their members earn an income and finding them quality advertising. There are no guarantees of any income or earnings. Any amounts shown are strictly for demonstration purposes and may or may not reflect the average earnings of company members.
Unfortunately some members have taken it upon themselves to file chargebacks after collecting commissions. If you request commissions and then cancel your account IC imposes a 6 month waiting period. After the 6 month waiting period we will be glad to pay you the commissions owed. If you fill a chargeback you will lose all monies and we will file suit for any damages.
Profit Sharing Program
You must remain a member of IC for 90 days before you can cashout any Company Shares. The reason for the 90 day period is to protect the integrity of the PSP. This applies especially to new comp plan members who receive $20.00 in shares when they join. We pay out $10.00 of the $22.95 to your enroller when you upgrade and spend a certain amount on advertising out of the $22.95. That along with the $20.00 in shares means it costs us over $35.00 for your $22.95 membership. We can only recoup this money by investing it in long term investments.
ACTIVE FREE members
You can remain an active free member as long as you like, but you are only on the rotational advertising program for your first 10 days. This is subject to change without notification and is determined by the amount of Active Free Members in our system. Unlike Traffic Exchanges where it is the members who create the traffic at near zero cost to the exchnage, IC has to buy advertising to create the quality traffic our members receive.
Diamond Levels
To have a Diamond Level removed you must contact IC Admin. Once the request is made we will remove the Diamond Level before the next commission run. Diamond Levels can only be removed if your original position is earning $10.00 below the Diamond Level you want removed. The request has to be made before the 10th of the month. Any requests after the 10th will be honored the following month.
Refunds Charge Backs & Complaints
Because Incredible Concept is an advertising company we can't offer any money-back guarantees as advertising always has a certain risk involved. Any chargebacks will be dealt with by our attorneys and we will fight them. If you are not satisfied with our service you will be better served contacting us directly and we will try and work our a amicable solution for both parties.
Any member who files a complaint with either Paypal or any other CC processor will be canceled and have their accounts removed immediately. There are NO exceptions to this rule. Filing complaints or chargebacks not only hurts IC it hurts the industry and is the main reason companies pay such high fees for CC processors.
